Christmas 2014
This past Christmas was the first Christmas that Tom didn't have to work (now that he is out of retail) and we were able to go down to Texas to spend the holiday with my family.
We spent the morning of Christmas Eve at home and had our own little Christmas:
Our flight was Christmas Eve evening. We were able to sleep in since the rest of the visitors weren't expected until Christmas afternoon. Some of the kiddos came down with some sort of 24-hour bug thing so we held off on our Christmas celebrations until people were feeling better. These following photos are from our "Christmas" morning:
We spent the rest of the week hanging out, going on a few dates, watching movies, and relaxing. We spent one morning out with dad and did some archery. It was fun and it was Tom's first time using a bow and he really like it.
On one of the last days that we were there the kiddos wanted to make ginger bread houses so this is what a giant table full of candy and frosting looks like:
We spent New Year's Eve listening to music, eating dinner, and enjoying our last night with family. The little loves to dance, but I can't seem to figure out how to make video's work in this darn thing.
It was a good week and home with family and we really enjoyed it.

This is a piece of art that Tom made me for Christmas.

So, mom doesn't normally look so silly but she was making faces at me so this was all I got.

Told you mom wasn't funny looking when she wasn't trying to be difficult.
Jacob is pretty camera shy, so I was glad to get this one of his face without him noticing.
This little one is such a cut-up. She was my best friend all week.
