Tomorrow is the big day. Tom and I are moving into the new house. We closed on April 5 and have been busy at work on it since. The front yard had a gigantic pile of juniper-like shrubs in front of the door and the back yard was completely overgrown with trees and weeds. The interior had popcorn ceilings, nasty carpets, and a leaky bathtub drain. The master bedroom had nasty glass wall tiles that we removed and we had to refinish the walls and rip up the carpet.

Anyway, we have done a lot of work including ripping up the carpet in the living area upstairs and repainting the master bedroom. I'll post some more photos of the work we have done after the move in tomorrow.

In addition we have found ourselves a dog. While I was down in Richfield, UT for work about 11 days ago we found her under an underpass, hungary, wet and cold. Val, Sandy, and I talked our boss into letting us take her to a shelter and Val and I returned to pick her up after the work session ended. Val was kind enough to pay for the vaccinations and the adoption fee. The only photo I have of her today is the one taken by Sandy when we rescued her. I'll get another one taken soon. We got her all cleaned up today and she looks so different.
